BEFORE YOU'VE PURCHASED

What does BUY 2 GET 1 FREE mean?

BUY 2 GET 1 FREE means that if you purchase 2 items, you will get third one for free. Some customers don't read the promotion text carefully enough and expect to receive 1 for 1. This is not the case. You have to mark quantity as 2 to unlock your FREE item.

How long do I have time to cancel my order?

You've got 12 hours to do so. By then your order is already being sent to the fulfillment center and we can't change your purchase information. For more info, read more below at CANCELLATION/CHANGES.

Can I change my order by sending an email?

No, we can't modify your order items on the backend. Please enter in your details correctly when placing an order. All orders are final and will be shipped to the address provided when the order is placed.

Payment Method.

What payment methods are accepted? 
We currently use the Paypal Express checkout which allows you to use your paypal account,as well as your Credit/Debit Card to purchase items.

Do i need to be registered with paypal to make purchases with my Credit/Debit card?

You Do not need to be registered to with Paypal when purchasing with a Credit/Debit Card. Simply select the Paypal method of payment and when the pop box appears, simply scroll down to the Pay by Credit/Debit card  section and complete the required fields.

What currency are your prices listed in? 

All prices listed on TheAwesomeCo.com are listed in US Dollar - This can be changed using the currency selector feature on the top right of the screen. Your local Currency will be shown in your cart area but you will be charged in USD at checkout according to the daily current exchange rate.  

How secure is my personal information?

The Awesome Co adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology) and PCI compliant Level 1, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

 

AFTER YOU'VE PURCHASED

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. #123456), and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

What should I do if I didn’t receive confirmation?
We always recommend to our valued customers to check SPAM/FOLDER if you have not received an order confirmation. If you still do not see it there, please feel free to contact our customer support and we’ll send it again right away.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Currently orders will be processed within 2-7 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. We are working extremely hard to manage the surprising demand of products from our lovely customers. :) Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses around the world. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

After you receive your tracking information please allow 1-8 days for the tracking number to update itself. If after 8 days it still doesn't work, contact us immediately at customerservices@TheAwesomeCo.com

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 15 business days from the day you completed your payment IF you chose the shipping option WITH tracking code.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Covid-19 Operation:

We personally make sure that all of our customers get their packages and we rely solely on the courier companies to deliver our packages to all of our customers.Due to several additional safety precautions that have been put in place by the courier companies due to the CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19), please allow for a period of 35-90 days to receive your order. Please note that if you do not receive your order by the 90 day period we will  still as per our policy provide you with a full refund on your order. These are indeed trying times and we are working closely with the courier companies to improve this. Kindly please bare with us during these times and with the safety measures put in place by the courier companies to get your order to you. Your Co-operation with this is greatly appreciated.

Normal Operation:
After your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect your parcel to arrive in the next 7-42 days depending on the shipping option you chose during checkout.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Transit Times to United States: 5 - 30 Business days*
Transit times to International: 10 - 45 Business days*
Average transit times are received in 3 weeks**

*Shipping times vary from between 5 - 65 days during peak holiday seasons

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Shipping confirmation
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location.  Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

Tracking
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again. 

Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

-I ordered more than 1 item, and i have only received one item, why is that?
We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

-What if i am not home during delivery?
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office. 

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders in 12 hours (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Is My Order Eligible For Free Shipping?

All products that are listed as free shipping will be sent at no cost of the shipping to you.
